Role Overview
Under moderate supervision, the Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative, secretarial, and clerical support to a Vice President or Senior Vice President. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
The ideal candidate will be able to interpret and follow complex verbal and written instructions, prioritize competing demands, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires a high degree of initiative, attention to detail, and knowledge of standard office procedures, as well as familiarity with departmental, hospital, and LifeBridge Health policies and practices. The Executive Assistant will also support special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to an assigned Vice President or Senior Vice President, exercising discretion and independent judgment to ensure efficient office operations.
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, resolve scheduling conflicts, and coordinate travel arrangements and related logistics.
- Prepare and maintain correspondence, reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
- Support executive leadership with special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience
- Minimum of 1–3 years of administrative, healthcare, customer service, or related professional experience required.
