Sinai Hospital's Emergency Department is currently looking for a Critical Care Tech with a commitment to providing vital support in high-pressure situations and a compassionate approach to patient care.
The Emergency Department (ED) at Sinai Hospital is composed of a 73-bed unit and consists of 7 care centers within the unit, which include: Urgent Care Center, Chest Pain Evaluation Center, Emergent Care Center, Level II-Trauma Center, Pediatric Center, Rapid Evaluation Unit (REU), and an Observation Center.

Sinai Hospital is the largest community hospital in Maryland consisting of 483-licensed beds that offers training for more than 140 residents and 400 medical students yearly.

Under the supervision of the RN provides age-appropriate patient care. With guidance and oversight of the Registered Nurse, performs duties to support the daily care of the patients. In a team relationship, gathers data relevant to the individual needs of the patient and/or family and immediately reports status to appropriate personnel.

Requirements
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Maryland Board of Nursing CNA or GNA License (must be active)
- Maryland Paramedic or Medical Corpsman
- Maryland EMT Basic or National Registry EMT
- 1-3 years of related experience
