Role Description
We are offering part time or full-time hybrid role for a LPC, LCSW, Resident in Counseling, or Supervisee in Social Work. The role is located in Winchester, VA, with the option for some work from home. The candidate will be responsible for providing mental and behavioral health counseling services.
Qualifications
- Ready to learn and grow as you interact with a dynamic team invested in their own and your personal and professional development
- Case Management abilities
- Experience in Mental Health and Behavioral Health counseling
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- License or certification as an LPC, LCSW, Resident in Counseling, or ability to register with the Board of Counseling for residency or the Board of Social work for supervised clinical hours
- Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling
Flexible Schedule
- Quality of life to avoid burnout is important to us. We support you in creating a flexible schedule that works with your needs with some modifications if needed to accommodate client needs.
Compensation and Benefit Packages Available
- We consider 25 client hours to be full time
- For part time, we ask that you complete at least 10 client hours per week
- Benefits are available for those working 20 hours per week
- One hour of individual supervision provided for residents in counseling or supervisees in social work if you work at least 10 hours per week
- Free weekly group supervision
- Additional compensation for offering Saturday and Sunday client appointments
