Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our wellness family, you’ll provide personalized massage therapies that meet the individual needs of our clients. You will help promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being, all while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional massage therapy services, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy, and other specialized techniques.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments based on their health and wellness goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment room.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through excellent communication and professional care.
- Stay up to date with the latest massage therapy trends, techniques, and industry standards.
- Ensure a relaxing, healing, and comfortable experience for each client.
- Adhere to safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols to ensure client well-being.
Qualifications:
- Valid state certification and/or licensure in massage therapy.
- Proven experience in various massage techniques (additional certifications are a plus!).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate, empathetic, and client-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
