Head of Marketing
Dedham, MA (Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite)

This is your opportunity to take ownership of all things digital marketing and inbound growth. You’ll be the architect behind how customers find, engage with, and trust Life Support Systems online — leading our SEO performance, managing paid campaigns, and developing content that turns awareness into qualified opportunities. You’ll also bring our brand to life through trade show design, marketing materials, and creative storytelling that connects with our partners and customers alike.
You’ll work directly with our CEO to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy — leveraging digital tools and data-driven insights to drive measurable results. We’re not looking for someone to “manage” marketing; we’re looking for someone who wants to own it from top to bottom.
What You’ll Do
- Lead all inbound lead generation across channels — web, search, content, and paid media.
- Own SEO and continuously optimize site structure, content, and analytics for discoverability.
- Build and run targeted digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) with trackable ROI.
- Become an early mover in Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) to improve discoverability in GenAI (LLM) queries.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar across blog, email, and social channels, either personally or by utilizing contractors.
- Design and support trade show setups, presentations, and customer-facing collateral.
- Implement marketing automation tools to nurture leads and measure engagement.
- Partner closely with leadership to test, learn, and scale new growth initiatives.
Who You Are
- A digital marketer who is looking for a way to accelerate their career into a leadership position early in their career.
- 5 years of hands-on experience in SEO, digital campaign management, and content marketing.
- Comfortable analyzing data and turning insights into action.
- Entrepreneurial and self-directed — able to execute independently in a small, fast-moving team, directly with the C-suite.
- Excited to collaborate in-person in Dedham several days a week.
