Life Strategies, LLC is a growing, BCBA-owned and operated ACQ accredited behavioral health and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency seeking a compassionate, motivated, and clinically strong Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA team.
We provide individualized ABA therapy and autism services to children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities across home, school, community, and center-based settings.
BCBA opportunities are available in Chesterton, South Bend, and Crown Point, Indiana.

What You'll Do
As a BCBA, you will provide clinical oversight and leadership for ABA programs while collaborating with families, RBTs, ABA paraprofessionals, and other members of the treatment team.
- Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and analyze behavioral data
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans
- Develop and update Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and skill-acquisition programs
- Analyze client data and make data-driven clinical decisions
- Monitor client progress and adjust programming based on clinical need
- Provide ongoing clinical supervision and training to RBTs and ABA paraprofessionals
- Provide direct observation, feedback, coaching, and performance support to direct-care staff
- Conduct caregiver training and collaborate with families to promote generalization of skills
- Develop goals targeting communication, social skills, adaptive behavior, independence, and behavior reduction
- Collaborate with other providers and members of the client's interdisciplinary treatment team
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Ensure services and programming are consistent with BACB standards, ethical requirements, payer requirements, and Life Strategies policies
- Support staff development and contribute to a positive, collaborative clinical culture
What We're Looking ForRequired:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, Education, or a related field
- Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Experience providing or overseeing ABA services
- Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment, ABA treatment principles, and behavior analytic programming
- Ability to analyze behavioral data and make clinically appropriate programming decisions
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
