What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BCaBA position at APEX BCBA Consulting INC?
We are currently hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) with at least 2 years of experience to consult for our growing company! Behavior consultants are self-employed, independent contractors (1099-contract employees) who are responsible for providing behavioral consulting to residential facilities for adults with Developmental disabilities. Part-time work available, flexible hours and competitive pay. BCaBA supervision can be provided. The position is a combination of remote and onsite visits.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- BCBA or BCaBA
- Knowledge of Regional Center and CCL Licensing Regulations (Title 17 and 22 California Code of Regulations)
- Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (RBT or BCABA encouraged to apply)
- Experience with adults in residential programs
- Reliable transportation (some travel required)
- Local applicants only (California Bay Area)
Job responsibilities will include behavior assessment, consultation, plan writing (30-day reports, Monthly Progress Reports), RBT Supervision, training, and other tasks as assigned. To apply, please submit a cover letter and resume.'
