We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support a busy Primary Care office in Boulder, CO. This role combines direct patient care with front desk and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced clinical environment. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent customer service, and advanced proficiency in phlebotomy and laboratory processing.
Dates: 5/11/26-7/6/26
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm - 1 hour lunch
Pay: $35-$45 per hour - based on experience
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a primary care setting
- Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection with high accuracy
- Process and prepare laboratory specimens
- Assist providers with patient intake, vital signs, and clinical procedures
- Support front desk operations including scheduling, check-in/check-out, and patient communication
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in the state of Colorado
- Previous experience in Primary Care or outpatient clinic setting preferred
- Strong phlebotomy and lab processing experience required
- Comfortable working in both clinical and administrative capacities
- EMR/EHR experience preferred
