Role Description
We are seeking an entry to mid level Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the pharmaceutical industry. This full-time, onsite position is based in Lake Forest, IL and involves managing complex projects focused on the development, production, and launch of pharmaceutical and combination products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry's regulatory and operational environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Project Management, Engineering, Life Sciences, or Business)
- Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- 1 years of experience in project management, with a focus on pharmaceutical or life sciences industries.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical product lifecycle, including research and development, manufacturing, packaging, regulatory approval, and market launch
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Project Engineering and/or Validation Engineering experience within the Life Sciences Industry
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with FDA/EU regulations, cGMP, and ISO standards.
