Qualifications:

What You’ll Do

 

Inbound & Outbound Sales Execution

  • Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify opportunities using defined criteria.
  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns aligned to target segments and structured playbooks.
  • Develop and nurture early-stage prospects into qualified opportunities.

Quoting & Opportunity Management

  • Prepare quotes and proposals using established pricing tools and approval thresholds.
  • Close low-to-moderate complexity opportunities with management guidance.
  • Escalate pricing exceptions and risk factors appropriately.

Account Management & Growth

  • Manage assigned accounts post-sale to ensure satisfaction and smooth execution.
  • Identify basic expansion opportunities within smaller, less complex accounts.
  • Support service adoption and customer retention initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Program Management teams to support customer execution.
  • Proactively communicate risks or execution issues.

CRM & Pipeline Discipline

  • Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline tracking, and forecasting data in HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Follow structured sales processes and reporting expectations.

What You Bring

 

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, customer success, or account coordination.
  • Exposure to technical, manufacturing, or regulated environments is a strong plus.

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach and prospecting.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline.
  • Commercially minded with a desire to learn pricing, quoting, and negotiation fundamentals.
  • Coachable and comfortable operating within defined guardrails.

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
