About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Account Manager to join our growing Wholesale division. In this role, you'll work closely with Brokers, Account Executives, and Operations to drive high-quality service and efficient loan processing.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage a pipeline of mortgage loans and ensure timely, accurate processing
- Communicate proactively with Brokers and AEs on file status and outstanding conditions
- Review and issue conditional approvals within SLA timelines
- Coordinate closings and submit files for Final Approval / Clear-to-Close
- Uphold compliance and quality standards throughout the loan lifecycle
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of recent wholesale account management /loan processing experience in a mortgage banking company or related financial institution. (Required)
- Strong understanding of TRID, underwriting guidelines (GSE/investor), title analysis, and income calculation
- Experience with Encompass 360 or similar LOS
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
