Life Maid Easy is a professional, family-owned residential cleaning company serving clients across the Philadelphia and Lehigh Valley areas. We are hiring an experienced Cleaning Technician Floater & Trainer to support our teams, maintain service quality, and provide reliable coverage when needed.
This is a senior-level role for a skilled residential cleaner who must live within 45 minutes of Philadelphia and Allentown, preferably in the Colmar/Montgomeryville area. The ideal candidate is confident working independently and enjoys training, supporting, and guiding others.
Key Responsibilities
- Cover residential cleaning shifts for call-outs, PTO, and emergencies
- Travel between job sites (up to 2 hours total per day)
- Assist with training new hires and coaching existing employees
- Perform quality check-ins and light QA follow-ups
- Attend the Emmaus, PA office up to 5 days per week
- Communicate professionally with clients, technicians, and office staff
- Consistently model Life Maid Easy cleaning standards
Compensation & Benefits

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years professional residential cleaning experience
- Strong independent cleaning skills
- Training experience preferred
- Valid driver's license & clean driving record
