Life Maid Easy is a professional, family-owned residential cleaning company serving clients across the Philadelphia and Lehigh Valley areas. We are hiring an experienced Cleaning Technician Floater & Trainer to support our teams, maintain service quality, and provide reliable coverage when needed.
This is a senior-level role for a skilled residential cleaner who is confident working independently and enjoys supporting, training, and guiding other employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Cover residential cleaning shifts for call-outs, PTO, and emergencies
- Travel between job sites (up to 2 hours total per day)
- Assist with training new hires and coaching existing employees
- Conduct employee quality check-ins and light quality assurance follow-ups
- Attend the Life Maid Easy Lehigh Valley office in Emmaus, PA one day per week for planning meetings and alignment with office staff
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, technicians, and office staff
- Maintain and model Life Maid Easy's cleaning standards at all times
Compensation & Benefits

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional residential cleaning
- Ability to clean independently at a high level
- Experience training is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and professionalism
- Willingness to travel at least 2 hours per day
- Valid driver's license & clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable, organized, and flexible schedule
