Job Summary: The Process Operator is integral to our operations, responsible for ensuring the quality and quantity of batches of raw materials to produce finished bulk products. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of product formulations and specific manufacturing procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of equipment, including Conveying Equipment, Mixing Equipment, and related equipment to compound and process raw materials into liquid products.
- Monitor product manufacturing and implement pre-determined control factors to maintain product processing within acceptable limits.
- Maintain accurate production records, follow step-by-step manufacturing procedures and complete production orders upon batch completion.
- Collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Maintain equipment and work area in neat, clean, and orderly conditions.
- Adhere to safety standards and operate in a safe manner at all times.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly as part of daily tasks.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Process Operator or in a similar role in manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and procedural documentation.
- Excellent observational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
- Physical ability to repetitively lift up to 25 lbs.
