Kitchen Prep Cook - Morning Shift

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Prep Cook to join the kitchen team at MAZAL Mediterranean Restaurant for morning prep.
The main responsibility is to prepare ingredients and get the kitchen ready for the day. The position includes various kitchen preparation tasks and general prep work as needed.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous professional kitchen or restaurant experience
- Is fast, efficient, and comfortable working in a busy kitchen
- Knows proper food preparation and kitchen procedures
- Can follow instructions and work independently
- Is reliable and arrives on time
- Maintains a clean and organized work area
- Pays attention to detail and takes pride in their work
This position is focused primarily on morning kitchen preparation. You should be comfortable working quickly and efficiently to make sure everything is prepared and ready for service.
Previous prep cook, line cook, restaurant, catering, or similar kitchen experience is preferred.
