Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Assist in meal preparation for catering events and fine dining services.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.

• Utilize proper knife skills for food preparation, ensuring precision and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Assist in inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook in a restaurant or catering setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen.
• Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
