What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-time Human Resources Coordinator position at Life Home Care?
Experience with recruiting home health aides is preferred. We are a home care company that is rapidly growing and are looking for someone to be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and on-boarding all new employees. Responsible for ensuring personnel files are in compliance, coordinate and ensure all health and documentation requirements are being met prior to hire and as needed/annually, and track attendance of employees and address related policies.
