Are you highly motivated to help others learn new skills? This may just be the job for you! We assist people with developmental disabilities in their own homes to learn everyday life skills. These skills could be as simple as a reminder of the time or teaching them to cook. You could be the person who breaks the mold with someone in learning a new skill or just moving forward in their current skill set!
Please fill out your background check online at https://fortress.wa.gov/dshs/bcs/ After you are done you will be given a confirmation Number. MESSAGE US THE CONFIRMATION NUMBER AND D.O.B.
Once you complete your online background check and send us your code plus birthdate, we will process the background check. This can take any where from 5 minutes to 4 days.
After we receive your results, we will schedule you for an interview. When you come in, we will have you complete our application Packet to include references.
At your interview we will give you the paperwork to schedule your finger print appointment!!!!
Once you have scheduled your fingerprints, we will check your references.
AS SOON AS YOUR FINGERPRINT RESULTS ARE IN (CAN BE 2 DAYS TO 2 WEEKS DEPENDING ON YOUR RECORD) WE WILL CONTACT YOU.
Requirements:
MUST be 18 years or older
MUST be able to pass a fingerprint background check
MUST have high school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate caregiving and support to clients in their homes.
- Assist clients with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Observe and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Foster a positive and respectful relationship with clients, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the well-being of both clients and caregivers.
