We’re looking for a strategic, high-impact leader to own and elevate one of our most critical commercial channels—Amazon. As Director of Amazon Strategy & Growth, you will take full accountability for transforming Amazon into a disciplined, scalable, and highly profitable growth engine.
Structured as a manager role, this position is ideal for a high-capacity leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, is passionate about utilizing AI, and is excited to make an impact while having fun doing it.
This role sits within our Wholesale team and carries strong senior visibility, serving as a key voice in shaping both U.S. and global Amazon strategy.
What You’ll Own
You will lead the Amazon business end-to-end—with a primary focus on Amazon U.S.—while influencing global marketplace expansion:
- Own the Amazon P&L: Drive revenue growth, profitability, and long-range strategy
- Build operating discipline: Establish business cadence, performance dashboards, and decision frameworks
- Lead growth strategy: Optimize assortment, content, pricing, promotions, advertising, search, and digital shelf excellence
- Elevate performance: Strengthen analytics, reporting, budgeting, and optimization practices
- Drive execution excellence: Ensure catalog health, inventory alignment, and best-in-class customer experience
- Lead with insight: Analyze customer behavior, category trends, competitive dynamics, and platform changes
- Solve complex challenges: Address marketplace risks, policy changes, and operational issues with speed and sound judgment—leveraging AI where appropriate
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory, Product Development, and Operations
- Influence globally: Serve as a thought leader for international Amazon expansion, partnering closely with the Director of International Growth & Strategic Partnerships
- Build and scale talent: Lead and develop your team while shaping future organizational growth
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA strongly preferred)
- 7 years in Amazon, e-commerce, marketplace, or digital commerce leadership
- 5 years in consumer products, supplements, health & wellness, or adjacent industries (preferred)
- Proven success growing Amazon or marketplace revenue with deep expertise in performance drivers & operating levers, digital shelf standards & catalog health , retail media & advertising execution
- Experience leading teams and building capability over time
- Strong AI fluency—you actively leverage AI to improve decision-making, productivity, and execution
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate data into action
- Demonstrated success operating in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Ability to lead through ambiguity, create structure, and deliver measurable results
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
