As Director of International Growth & Strategic Partnerships, you will lead the development and execution of our global expansion strategy—unlocking new markets, building high-impact partnerships, and establishing the frameworks needed to scale with discipline.

What You’ll Own
You will lead the international business end-to-end, shaping strategy while driving execution:
- Define and lead global growth strategy across priority international markets
- Own market prioritization & expansion sequencing, ensuring disciplined, strategic growth
- Build and manage partnerships with distributors, strategic partners, and global marketplace players
- Drive distributor governance & partner performance, ensuring accountability and alignment with business objectives
- Protect and elevate the brand through strong brand control across international markets
- Own the global marketplace partner interface, ensuring external partners enhance—not replace—internal ownership
- Negotiate commercial agreements that deliver long-term value, profitability, and scalability
- Establish operating frameworks for partner selection, governance, performance management, and escalation
- Lead international planning & forecasting, improving visibility and decision-making rigor
- Analyze market dynamics including trends, competition, geopolitics, and regulatory changes
- Solve complex challenges using strong critical thinking, adaptability, and AI-enabled insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Regulatory, Marketing, Product Development, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and Wholesale teams
- Represent the international business in executive discussions with clear, data-driven recommendations
- Lead and develop your team, shaping its evolution as the business scales
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA strongly preferred)
- 8 years in international business development, partnerships, or commercial leadership
- 5 years in consumer products, supplements, health & wellness, or related industries (preferred)
- Proven success building and scaling international partnerships, distributor networks, or marketplace relationships
- Experience leading people directly and growing team capability over time
- Strong track record navigating global markets, including market entry strategy, regulatory coordination, distributor governance, brand control
- Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, solve complex problems, and influence across geographies
- AI fluency—you actively leverage AI to improve decisions, productivity, and execution
- Strong cross-functional leadership in fast-paced environments
