Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of floors, including scrubbing, buffing, waxing, and refinishing to maintain optimal floor appearance and safety.
- Handle and apply floor cleaning chemicals and floor care products safely and effectively, following all safety protocols.
- Conduct manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of cleaning supplies, furniture, or equipment as required.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchen, offices, and common areas by sanitizing surfaces and disposing of waste properly.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks adhere to environmental services standards and use eco-friendly products whenever possible.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services with knowledge of janitorial procedures.
- Skilled in floor scrubbing, buffing, waxing, and carpet cleaning.
- Familiarity with handling chemical agents safely and understanding proper use of cleaning equipment.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and moving furniture or supplies.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
