As our Physical Therapist Assistant, you’ll work closely with the Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary team to deliver personalized, high-quality therapy services to our residents.

- Schedule: Part Time, 2 to 3 days per week

Responsibilities
As our Physical Therapist Assistant, you’ll work closely with the Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary team to deliver personalized, high-quality therapy services to our residents.
- Administer manual exercises, massage, and/or traction to relieve pain, improve strength, and reduce the risk of deformity
- Instruct, motivate, and assist residents with functional mobility and activity improvement
- Observe, document, and report resident progress and treatment responses to the Physical Therapist
- Fit and train residents in the use and care of orthopedic devices such as braces, prostheses, walkers, and wheelchairs
- Collaborate with team members to develop and adjust treatment programs
- Support clerical functions such as inventory, supply orders, and documentation
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program
- Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the State of Ohio
- Outpatient experience required
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
