Program Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate program plans tailored to the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Manage program budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure resource allocation aligns with organizational goals.
• Supervise staff and volunteers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to maintain high-quality service delivery.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, community agencies, and stakeholders to foster collaboration and trust.
• Oversee administrative tasks including documentation, reporting, compliance with regulations, and maintaining accurate records.
• Coordinate program activities such as workshops, community outings, and support groups to promote engagement and skill development.
• Monitor behavioral health aspects of clients’ progress and collaborate with behavioral health professionals to adapt services as needed.

Skills

• Proven management experience with the ability to lead teams effectively in a social services environment.
• Strong background in program development and implementation for individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Excellent relationship management skills to build rapport with clients, families, staff, and community partners.
• Demonstrated administrative experience including budgeting, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Supervising experience in a social work or related setting with a focus on behavioral health or social services.
• Knowledge of program management principles coupled with hands-on experience in working with individuals facing developmental challenges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
