The Office Manager has organizational and administrative responsibilities including budgeting and personnel management. The Office Manager will also be responsible for planning and conducting administration-related training.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and direct office staff by setting goals, objectives, and standards for performance.
- Clarify policies and procedures to ensure consistent application of practices throughout the organization.
- Coordinate office activities across multiple departments of an organization.
- Facilitate communication and information flow among departments and assist with interdepartmental problem solving.
- Schedule staff.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
