Office Administration:
We are seeking a versatile and reliable Office Administrator who plays a key role in managing office operations while also assisting with maintaining cleanliness and organization within the workplace. The ideal candidate will be skilled in office administration tasks, such as scheduling, document management, and communication, while also contributing to the overall tidiness and efficiency of the office environment. This role requires both administrative skills and a proactive approach to maintaining a clean and welcoming office space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and scheduling appointments.
- Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining office records.
- Support the team with any administrative needs, such as preparing reports.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
- Assist in staging and picking décor for office and Model homes.
- Ability to help making shorts for marketing.
Cleaning & Maintenance Assistance:
- Ensure that the office environment remains clean, organized, and presentable.
- Perform light cleaning duties such as wiping down surfaces, vacuuming, and maintaining common areas (kitchen, restrooms, meeting rooms, and show homes).
- Ensure cleanliness of office equipment and furniture, including keyboards, desks, and shared spaces.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts, ensuring bins are emptied regularly.
- Work with external cleaning services (if applicable) to ensure office cleanliness standards are met.
General Office Support:
- Assist with setting up meeting rooms and preparing materials for meetings or events.
- Ensure office equipment is in good working order, reporting any issues for repair.
- Organize and maintain office layout for maximum efficiency and safety.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
