We’re looking for a Qualitative Operations Director, to lead the operational piece of multiple complex market research studies across healthcare (pharma), retail, and consumer sectors. This is your chance to make an impact in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where innovation and integrity thrive.
What You’ll Do
- Work with a talented team of 10 Qualitative professionals
- Strategically staff and manage multiple projects for success
- Coordinate participant recruitment and vendor/client relationships
- Maintain project management systems and lead weekly status calls
- Travel as needed to support client and project success
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of experience in Qualitative market research operations within healthcare (pharma)
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership abilities
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to thrive in a dynamic environment
- BA/BS in market research, psychology, sociology, business, or related field
