Call Center Representative (Physician Relations Specialist) (Part-Time)
Work Schedule: 28 hours per week | Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM

Reports To: Director of Quantitative and Qualitative Operations
Position Overview
We are seeking a Call Center Representative (Physician Relations Specialist) to join our RxOpinionsNow team. In this role, you will engage healthcare providers through outbound calls to enroll them in our internal panel. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to healthcare providers using a partially scripted approach
- Provide clear information and answer questions about panel enrollment
- Accurately document call details in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools effectively
- Ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance activities for pharmaceutical clients, as applicable
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn program and product details
- Proficiency in PC navigation and Windows environment
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Strong MS Office skills, including Excel and Word
