Client Services Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to join our growing law firm. This position focuses on client communication, financial document management, and case support.
Previous legal experience is not required. Candidates with backgrounds in banking, accounting, bookkeeping, financial services, insurance, business administration, or other detail-oriented fields are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collect and organize financial records and other case documents.
- Prepare spreadsheets and financial summaries.
- Communicate with clients to obtain information and documents.
- Assist with financial affidavits, mediation materials, and trial preparation.
- Support attorneys with case management and related projects.
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Salary is negotiable based on experience. Benefits, including paid time off and health insurance, are available after a 90-day introductory period.
