Direct and oversee the delivery of early intervention services to children in Licking County
Duties: As a member of our Leadership Team reporting to the Superintendent, you’ll manage our Early Intervention Component to ensure superior delivery of early intervention services to children and their families. This position directly supervises five Early Intervention Service Coordinators, six Developmental Specialists, one Physical Therapist and one Occupational Therapist.
The Organization: Since 1967, the Licking County Board of Developmental Disabilities has been serving the people of Licking County. Today, we employ 100 staff members and work with close to 2500 individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. In addition, we offer:
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Health, Social or Behavioral Science, Social or Human Services or related field. Three plus years of management, supervisory or leadership experience preferred. The ability to direct and lead a team of diverse, passionate early intervention professionals and ensure strict compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, deadlines and guidelines related to early intervention services in the state of Ohio.
