Office Manager – Licking County Alcoholism Prevention Program (LAPP)
Location: Newark, OH
Schedule: Full‑time
LAPP is looking for a detail‑oriented, people‑focused Office Manager to lead front‑office operations and help create a welcoming, organized environment for clients and staff. ⭐ What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily front‑office operations and ensure a professional, client‑centered atmosphere
- Supervise and support Front Office Coordinators
- Manage scheduling systems, reception workflows, and administrative processes
- Maintain office equipment, supplies, and vendor relationships
- Complete daily bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks
- Support client check‑in, scheduling, insurance verification, and EHR data entry
- Ensure accurate document scanning, filing, and compliance with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2
- Assist with onboarding, internal communication, and meeting preparation
- Coordinate with leadership to support agency operations and compliance needs

- High school diploma required; additional education in business or health administration preferred
- At least 1 year of administrative or office management experience
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software
- Familiarity with insurance verification or billing support
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and cultural responsiveness
Preferred: Experience in behavioral health, healthcare, or nonprofit settings.
