The Role
We're seeking a motivated plaintiff personal injury attorney to handle a diverse docket including motor vehicle accidents (car, truck, motorcycle, rideshare, bus, pedestrian), construction accidents, premises liability, slip and fall, work injuries, medical malpractice, defective products, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death.
What We're Looking For
- New Jersey bar license (required; NY a plus)
- 2 years of plaintiff PI litigation experience preferred
- Casualty, wrongful death, trucking, premises liability, industrial experience is a plus
- Strong litigation and client communication skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
