Our office is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney to join our team. This is NOT a traditional salaried role. Your pay can be limitless and will be ultimately decided by the cases you bring to the Firm.
No office hours are required, though we have multiple dedicated office locations in the Tampa Bay area where you are able to meet with clients if and as needed.
This job is ideal for an attorney with a vast network of referrals, an established client base, or someone who is seeking a consistent work-life balance while having the potential for an extraordinary income. Past successful attorneys have been those close to retirement but still seeking an active income, attorneys with families who want to spend less time in the office and more time with their loved ones, and attorneys who enjoy socializing and networking.
Your primary responsibility will be bringing clients to the Firm. The Firm will cover all overhead and expenses and your pay will be a strong percentage of the settlement amount. No more worries about staffing issues or overhead expenses. The Firm has that covered while you get back to enjoying life.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the Florida bar in good standing
- Proven experience in personal injury law with a track record of successful client acquisition
