Our client is a dedicated plaintiff personal injury firm fighting for injured clients across Texas. We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Motion Counsel to join our litigation team. This is a writing-intensive role at the heart of our case strategy — you'll be the voice of our clients in some of the most consequential stages of litigation.

What you'll do
- Draft and file motions to compel discovery, including supporting memoranda and declarations
- Respond to defense motions including motions for summary judgment, motions in limine, and demurrers
- Prepare and respond to written discovery — interrogatories, requests for production, requests for admissions, and special interrogatories
- Collaborate with lead trial attorneys to align motion strategy with overall case goals
Requirements
- J.D. and active TX bar license in good standing
- Personal injury experience is not required
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
