We are currently seeking a high-performing National Sales Leader to drive expansion across the U.S. and Canada.
About the Role
This role will focus on expanding market share by building strong partnerships with system integrators and key clients. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in promoting and delivering cutting-edge automation solutions from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with system integrators and key end-users (primary focus)
- Identify and drive new business opportunities in warehouse automation and intralogistics
- Lead the full sales cycle, including solution development, proposal, and closing
- Collaborate with internal teams, integrators, and subcontractors to support project delivery
- Support projects from concept design through system implementation
- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in ASRS / warehouse automation system sales
- (e.g., Mini-load, Multi-shuttle, Goods-to-Person systems)
- Proven track record of closing $2M automation projects independently
- Strong experience in intralogistics / warehouse system integration
- Solid understanding of automation systems, storage design, and throughput optimization
- Established network with U.S.-based system integrators
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders and decision-makersCompensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $130K – $160K performance-based commission
