This is a full-time, on-site position located at our Irvine, CA office. As a Human Resources and Payroll Generalist, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations, and supporting HR functions such as recruitment and employee relations. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate employee records, administering benefits programs, and assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. You will collaborate with various departments to foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring accurate and efficient payroll management.
- Proficiency in payroll systems, processing, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
- Knowledge of employee benefits administration and HR policies
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- At least 2-3 years of experience in HR and payroll functions
- Certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP are a plus
- Familiarity with California labor laws is highly preferred
