Assistant Director of Nursing Duties:

· Medicare A Chart Auditing

· Psychotropic Monitoring

· ADL Restorative Observations

· INR Monitoring

· Orientation of New Nursing Staff

· Reports as Assigned by the DON

· AIMs Testing

· Restorative Programs

· Quality Improvement Program

· Employee Immunizations

· Other duties as assigned by the DON and Administrator

Assisted Director of Nursing's Requirements:

· Current Illinois RN License

· 2-4 Years of Management Experience as an RN in a Long-Term Care Setting

· Ability to Pass a Criminal Background Check
