Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Arborist/Landscape Sales Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for generating new business, cultivating relationships with clients, and promoting our range of arborist and landscape services. This role requires a strong understanding of trees, plants, and outdoor environments, as well as the ability to effectively communicate the benefits of our services to potential clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the arboriculture and landscaping industry.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
3.Conduct on-site assessments of clients’ properties to determine their arborist and landscaping needs.
4. Develop customized proposals and quotes based on clients’ requirements and budget constraints.
5. Present proposals and communicate the value of our services to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to arboriculture and landscaping.
7. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
Requirements:
1. Strong knowledge of trees, plants, and landscaping techniques.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
3. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
5. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
6. Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and work in outdoor environments.
