Liberty Tree & Landscape Management is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced, motivated Outside Sales Rep to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being out in the field, talking with people face-to-face, and building real relationships in the community.
What You’ll Do
- Get out into assigned neighborhoods and connect with homeowners and property managers
- Meet with customers on-site, walk properties, and help identify tree and landscape needs
- Educate customers on our services and turn leads into long-term clients
- Hit (and exceed) weekly and monthly sales goals
- Work closely with our operations team to make sure projects run smoothly from start to finish
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of outside or field sales experience (preferred)
- Comfortable and confident in face-to-face sales conversations
- Self-motivated and able to manage your time and territory independently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Enjoys working outdoors and traveling locally throughout the day
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
