Job Summary
Are you the person friends call when their favorite maple tree looks a little "off"? Do you love being outdoors, meeting new people, and helping homeowners make their properties look incredible?
We’re looking for a Sales Representative / Arborist who knows their way around an oak tree as well as they know their way around a conversation. We aren't just looking for a "salesperson"—we’re looking for a trusted green-asset advisor for our Glenside community.
What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:
- Getting Out There: You’ll be the face of the company, visiting residential and commercial sites across the area to see how we can help.
- Playing Detective: You’ll perform site inspections to figure out what ails a tree, identify safety risks, or find ways to make a landscape really pop.
- Mapping it Out: You’ll design custom plans and proposals that fit a client’s budget and help the local ecosystem thrive.
- Keeping it Moving: You’ll use our CRM to keep your projects organized and check in with your clients to make sure they’re happy.
- Teamwork: You’ll work closely with our production crews to make sure the vision you sold is exactly what gets delivered.
What You Bring to the Table:
- The "Green" Stuff: You have a solid background in arboriculture or landscaping. If you’re ISA Certified, that’s a huge plus!
- People Skills: You can explain complex tree science in a way that’s easy for anyone to understand.
- The Basics: You’ve got a valid driver’s license and you're comfortable walking on uneven terrain and lifting gear (up to 50 lbs) when needed.
- Tech Savvy: You’re comfortable using a computer and CRM software to manage your day.
- Passion: You genuinely care about sustainable practices and keeping our local environment healthy.
