Arborist Sales Representative

Liberty Tree & Landscape Management is looking for an experienced Arborist Sales Representative to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who knows trees and landscapes, enjoys working with customers, and can take a project from the first property visit through completion.

This isn’t a sit-behind-a-desk sales position. You’ll be out meeting with homeowners and property managers, looking at trees and landscapes, identifying concerns, and helping customers figure out the best solution for their property. You’ll also work closely with our office and production crews to make sure everyone is on the same page.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Meet with residential and commercial clients at their properties
• Evaluate trees, shrubs, and general landscape conditions
• Identify tree health concerns, pests, diseases, decay, structural issues, and potential hazards
• Talk with customers about what you're seeing and explain their options
• Recommend services such as pruning, tree removal, cabling/bracing, Plant Health Care, and landscape work
• Create clear digital estimates and scopes of work
• Follow up with customers on estimates and questions
• Work with our office and production teams to help projects move smoothly from estimate to completion
• Make sure proposed work meets company and industry standards
• Build relationships with customers and help generate repeat and referral business
• Manage your own appointments and field schedule

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in tree care, arboriculture, or landscape management
• Good working knowledge of trees, pruning, tree health, and landscape conditions
• Comfortable talking with customers and explaining tree care in an easy-to-understand way
• Organized and able to manage multiple customers, estimates, and projects
• Able to work independently while still being part of a larger team
• ISA Certified Arborist preferred
• Previous experience as a climber, crew leader, foreman, or in tree care production is a plus
• Sales experience is helpful, but strong tree knowledge and communication skills are just as important
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Professional, reliable, and easy to work with

Pay: $56,628.00 - $100,000.00 per year
