Job Description:
We are seeking a technical leader with a growth mindset to help guide our growing team by implementing solutions utilizing the Microsoft suite of products. This position requires a strong understanding of the Microsoft products including SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, MS365 and Business Central. This role involves working to develop and implement solutions for internal projects utilizing those platforms and managing and maintaining the SharePoint environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop Applications: Create and maintain applications using theMicrosoft Power Platform tailored to meet specific business needs.
· Integration: Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications to ensure seamless operations.
· Automate Workflows: Utilize Power Automate to streamline business processes and automate repetitive tasks, improving overall efficiency.
· Data Visualization: Design and implement data visualization solutions using Power BI to provide actionable insights and reporting capabilities.
· Manage SharePoint Sites: Create and configure SharePoint sites, including team sites, communication sites, and hub sites, to meet business needs.
· User Permissions: Assign and manage user permissions, ensuring secure access to sensitive information while facilitating collaboration among teams.
· Content Management: Oversee document libraries, manage metadata, and implement document retention policies to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
· Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver custom solutions that align with organizational goals.
· Collaboration with IT: Work closely with the IT department to integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 tools and ensure seamless operation across platforms.
· Support and Training: Provide technical support and training to end-users on Power Platform applications, ensuring they are effectively utilized.
· Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest features and updates in the Microsoft Power Platform to leverage new capabilities in solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar field.
· Proven experience as a Power Platform Developer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
· SharePoint architecture, including site collections, lists, libraries, and workflows.
· Typically requires 3 years of experience managing SharePoint environments.
· Exceptional ability to identify and resolve issues proactively.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
· Microsoft PL-900 Certification a plus.
· Proficiency in PowerShell for SharePoint administration and automation tasks a plus
