We're looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily operations within our Wire Mill facility. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee a team of maintenance professionals, ensuring machinery and equipment run safely, smoothly, and efficiently.

🔧 What You'll Do

✅ Lead and direct hourly maintenance craft personnel on daily assignments and project work

✅ Prioritize and manage evolving work schedules and tasks in a fast-paced, 24/7 facility

✅ Ensure timely and safe completion of mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks

✅ Promote a culture of safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement

✅ Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Vendors, and Union personnel to resolve issues and meet plant performance goals

✅ Maintain high standards for housekeeping, scrap control, and process efficiency

🛠️ What We're Looking For

🔹 Experience: 2-5 years in industrial mechanical maintenance with leadership/supervisory background

🔹 Proven supervisory experience in a unionized environment

🔹 Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints and schematics

🔹 Ability to interpret maintenance manuals, procedures, and safety rules

🔹 Must pass physical, drug screening, and background check

🔹 Education: High school diploma or GED required; technical training/certifications a plus

🔹 Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of heavy industrial mechanical & electrical systems

• Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints

• Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Working knowledge of MS Office & maintenance software systems

🔹 Mindset:

• Assertive, goal-oriented, and safety-conscious

• Capable of multitasking and maintaining a sense of urgency

• Strong organizational and communication skills
