The Position: We are looking for a Supervisor to manage and direct the hourly work force within the Industrial Wire Mill department.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily shift operations of the Industrial Wire Mill department
- Supervise 20-30 hourly Union employees in assigned area
- Responsible for compliance to all safety standards, programs and meetings
- Responsible for compliance to all quality and production standards
- Interface effectively with other members of supervision and personnel from other departments and USW personnel
- Responsible for engagement of assigned workforce, safety, productivity, and quality
- Responsible for housekeeping, yield, and process control
- Other duties as assigned to meet Liberty goals and objectives as required
- Responsible for 2nd or 3rd shift
Requirements:
- 1 - 5 years of industrial supervisory experience preferred.
- Consideration of supervisory roles outside of manufacturing may be a substitute
- High school or equivalent required.
- Assertive and goal oriented.
- A self starter with positive attitude.
- Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Must be organized and capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities.
- Must be capable of using personal computers and Microsoft software.
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operations and material handling is a plus
- Ability to comprehend complex machinery and problem solve
- Ability to multi-task and execute on decisions
PAY RANGE: $56,825 - $71,031
