We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our dynamic hospitality team.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage reservations using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
- Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries with professionalism and promptness
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure proper documentation during all interactions
- Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating with guests via phone or in person
- Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, invoicing, and updating guest profiles
- Foster positive guest relations by anticipating needs and delivering personalized service
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel management, front desk operations, or customer service within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of hospitality software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette
Pay: $15.50 per hour
