What You'll Do:
- Recruit, coach, and develop a team of in-home sales consultants
- Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and winning
- Ride along in the field to mentor and sharpen closing skills
- Own divisional sales targets and revenue growth
- Monitor KPIs, pipeline health, and conversion metrics
- Develop tactical training plans to increase close rates and average deal size
- Implement structured sales processes and best practices
- Conduct weekly sales meetings and performance reviews
- Identify training opportunities and lead skill-building sessions
- Partner with marketing and operations to optimize lead flow and customer experience
- Forecast accurately and report on divisional performance
- Expand territory reach and market penetration
- A proven sales leader with 5 years of sales management experience across multiple locations/states
- Experienced in in-home sales, home improvement, HVAC, solar, or related industries
- Skilled at coaching consultative sales professionals
- Metrics-driven with strong forecasting and pipeline management skills
- Comfortable leading from the front - this role involves field presence
