Opulence Sales Management is a specialized sales operations company dedicated to supporting insulation contractors, particularly those in spray foam and fiberglass. By implementing dynamic outbound sales teams and managing daily performance, we help clients scale their businesses and drive consistent B2B deal flow. Our expertise includes cold calling, appointment setting, relationship building with builders, and end-to-end sales process management. We focus on pipelines that generate $100K–$250K in monthly booked work, using scripts, follow-up processes, and outreach strategies specifically designed for the insulation industry.


Role Description

The Builder Relationship Manager (B2B Construction Sales) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Murfreesboro, TN. This role involves cultivating and managing relationships with construction builders, contractors, and developers to drive consistent sales. Day-to-day tasks include conducting outreach to establish new client relationships, managing the entire sales process from initial contact to closing, maintaining a sales pipeline, and achieving monthly revenue targets. The role will also require collaboration with the internal sales team and utilization of Opulence's proven processes to ensure sales growth and client satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the construction or insulation industry
  • Strong relationship-building and client management skills
  • Expertise in prospecting, lead generation, and account management
  • Knowledge of sales processes, negotiation, and closing techniques
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven sales approaches
  • Ability to work on-site in Murfreesboro, TN
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field is a plus
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset

Salary : $100,000 - $250,000
