Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Clovis, CA for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, supporting executive staff, handling clerical operations, managing communication via phone and email, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office. Duties include maintaining schedules, organizing and filing documents, fostering professional communication, and providing general support to team members and clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage and organize daily office operations
