120,000 - 160,000

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Associate with 2–8 years of litigation experience to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a collaborative atmosphere and is eager to take on meaningful responsibility, including courtroom advocacy and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with partners and associates on all aspects of complex litigation matters
• Draft well-reasoned legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and memoranda
• Take and defend depositions
• Argue motions in state and/or federal courts
• Communicate regularly and substantively with clients to build lasting relationships
• Participate in trial preparation and courtroom proceedings, with mentorship from senior attorneys
  
  

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in PA,NJ,NY OR DE
• 2–5 years of litigation experience (insurance, construction, or employment law preferred)
• Experience handling depositions and court appearances required; trial experience is a plus
