• Key Qualifications:**
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 6 years in outside sales, preferably with industrial or commercial HVAC equipment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Deep technical knowledge of commercial/industrial boilers, venting systems, and water heaters.
• Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of clarifying technical information to diverse audiences.
• Self-driven with excellent time management skills.
• Availability to travel throughout Central Pennsylvania as needed.
