**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's in engineering or a two-year technical degree preferred
- Ability to lead a team of electrical controls engineers
- Proven experience in PLC programming and HMI/SCADA development; Allen Bradley, Siemens, Factory Talk, Wonderware, RS Logix 5000, Studio 5000 and more!
- Municipal Water/Wastewater and similar controls engineering industry experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Visual Basic, SQL Server, or C is advantageous
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory motor vehicle and background check
