**Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's in engineering or a two-year technical degree preferred
• Ability to lead a team of electrical controls engineers
• Proven experience in PLC programming and HMI/SCADA development; Allen Bradley, Siemens, Factory Talk, Wonderware, RS Logix 5000, Studio 5000 and more!
• Municipal Water/Wastewater and similar controls engineering industry experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Visual Basic, SQL Server, or C is advantageous
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory motor vehicle and background check
